The Ministry of Environment (MoE) has accounted a budget plan of more than $32 billion on green investments over a 10-year period until 2035, aiming to achieve specific targets to reduce greenhouse gas emissions reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions of up to 55 percent, according to a MoE statement released on Tuesday.
