According to the report from the General Directorate of Rubber, 107,938 tons of dry rubbers were exported during the first five months of 2023, an increase 2.5 percent compare to the recorded in the same period last year, 2022. A ton of dry rubber cost $1,351 on average in the first five months of 2023, down $252 from the same time in 2022, as stated by Heng Oun, Director general of the General Directorate of Rubber.. Cambodia has used 404,578 hectares of land to grow rubber trees, of which 315,332 hectares are mature enough to be cut, the report pressed.
