Cambodia’s first 900 megawatt (MW) liquefied natural gas (LNG) power plant that is coming up will be part of the transition that we need, so at the end of the day, this will aid the lower 30% shortfall, and the 70% will have to come from solar, wind, hydropower and biomass, said Mines and Energy Minister Keo Rottanak during an interview with Bloomberg on Friday.
